1. Who This Agreement Is Between
These terms govern your use of the Philos Academy website and any services we provide. By visiting our site or enrolling in any of our programs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

2. Our Services
Philos Academy provides academic tutoring and durable skills training for students and young professionals. The details of each program including schedule, format, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

3. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. All fees are due as outlined in your enrollment agreement. We reserve the right to remove a student from a program if payment is not received on time. We will always communicate before taking that step.

4. Refund Policy
If you need to cancel before a program begins you are entitled to a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made after a program has started are reviewed on a case by case basis. We are reasonable people and we handle these situations accordingly. No refunds are issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand life happens. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be forfeited unless there is a genuine emergency. We use our judgment and we are fair.

6. Parent and Guardian Consent
If you are enrolling a student under the age of 18 you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you consent to their participation in our programs. You also agree to ensure they attend sessions and engage with the program in good faith.

7. Code of Conduct
We expect every student and parent to treat our staff with respect. We provide a focused and professional learning environment and we expect the same in return. Philos Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a program without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Philos Academy including training materials, frameworks, lesson plans, and resources is our intellectual property. You may not copy, share, sell, or reproduce any of it without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality
What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. We do not share student progress, struggles, or personal information with anyone outside of Philos Academy without your consent except where required by law.

10. Results Disclaimer
We work hard and we are good at what we do. But we cannot guarantee specific academic results or employment outcomes. Success depends on the effort and commitment each student brings. We provide the tools. The student has to use them.

11. Limitation of Liability
Philos Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

12. Third Party Platforms
We may use third party tools for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those platforms. We choose them carefully but they operate under their own terms.

13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Philos Academy operates. Any disputes will be handled through good faith negotiation first. If that fails we will pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels.
